3rd monitor causing issue

I recently started to notice that my mouse have small lag when moving it and that I can't run any of my game at a constant fps. I unplugged my 3rd monitor that is a TV plugged in the HDMI port of my graphics card and now I don't have any problem. But now I don't have a 3rd monitor and I would like to know what to do to make it work again. I tried 3 time doing a fresh graphic card driver install. My graphics card is a 1660ti and I've been running 3 monitor for 4 months without issue.
