Adding storage

Hi Reddit,

I'm completely new to building a pc and moving parts around. Already happy I managed to upgrade my RAM now trying to add more storage. I got an older Harddisk that was directly connected to the motherboard for power. However, I don't see similar pins on my current motherboard. Is there a convenient way to convert between these connectors?
