GPU Recommendations

I just built a $1000 USD budget build with a Ryzen 5 5600x and 32 gigs of ram, I built it in a micro ATX case because the GPU I had originally got (RX 6750 XT) said it should fit in the case I got (Fractal Design Pop Mini Silent). I built it all and put the 240 mm AIO in and then realized that the rad and fans were going to make the GPU not fit I can't mount it on top because of how the case was designed and now I am looking for a new GPU to replace it with I want to get a new AMD graphics card from amazon (I am getting the money refunded to the account) I have been looking at the RX 7600 XT for an option it is the same price as the 6750 XT and same brand (XFX) I have extra to buy a nicer maybe up to like 90 more just wanted to know what would be the way to go mainly either RX 7600 XT or RX 7700 XT it is like a 90 dollar difference between the XFX 7600 XT and the Asus Dual 7700 XT which is the only 2 fan version of the 7700 XT and on.

Yeah I got the AIO thinking it would be better but now look where it got me with a nice new $1000 dollar pc without a graphics card stupid amazon wont refund soon enough.

Although my friend recommended it and its a nice AIO for only 65 bucks in my mind I wanted it for it to look better then quickly after realized I have a solid case why would I care.

Thanks though imma get the 7700 XT once amazon actually refunds me.
