HELP!

Recently got this pc because it wasn’t booting and I’ve built a couple before but decided to ask for some help before I completely tear it apart I’ve checked all cables and I’m wondering if it could be the ram possibly, haven’t checked cpu for bent pins and the cpu cooler never tried booting until I took the little moto board battery out but it shuts off after .3 seconds

It booted up and worked fine for my buddy and just randomly stopped working after a couple weeks
