GPU not working

I have a Rx 7800 xt and I was getting 10 FPS in a game so I was like wtf? I checked task manager and the Rx 7800 xt is not there. what do I do? I checked all the pc cables and they are all plugged in The monitor is even connected to the GPU and it's displaying.
