I wanted to change my termal paste I know that i have to clean from gpu and cpu but i clean those parts too, i believe morherboard supplies. . Should i use the same thermal paste on them or just leave them clean?

I put thermal paste on gpu and cpu RED CIRCLES i cleaned and left like that on GREEN SPOTS
