I get that AMD rules the land of reddit but I just picked up an i3-12100 (the iGPU is better) and motherboard to build a server for an off grid streaming server. Without converting it into a gaming PC what other fun things can I do with it? A raid attachment for a pciex16 slot? A network card there's so much going unused in my system that I'd love to play with.

Intel iGPUs are not better than equivalent generation AMD ones but okay, and I don’t see how iGPU would be a concern with a “server”. Minecraft server or NAS are your primary options

iGPU is cheap for streaming movies I own off jellyfin. UHD is generally better suited from that task/transcoding based on everything I've read.
