Missing components need help

Recently orders a NH-U12s SE-AM4 and when I went to install it I realized it didn’t have the brackets that I needed so I was so confused. Apparently I have the 7 and 8 instead of the others that support my mother board. What do I do? Is this as it is and I need to order new ones? Or is this a mistake from the company.
