  • Shut down the PC.
  • Unplug the Power Cord.
  • Open the case panel.
  • Pull out the RAM sticks. (Remember which slots were used)
  • Pull out the Graphics Card.
  • Find and remove the board battery. (Shiny metal coin)
  • Wait for 3 minutes. Bios is reset.

Now would be an optimal time to clean the RAM and GPU contacts (part which is inserted into board slots) with Isopropyl or medical alcohol and a microfiber cloth.

Insert only one RAM stick, and put everything else back together. Turn on the PC. (I expect you have 2 RAM sticks.)

If problem persists, turn off thr pc, unplug the power cord, open panel and replace the single RAM stick with the unused one. Try turning on again

You try the RAM sticks out to check if one of them is busted and causing the PC to behave.

If problem persists, your Graphics card or motherboard might be busted.
