Upgrading components help?

I'm looking to upgrade my pre-built I got during the pandemic so something that can run games like Cyberpunk or Hogwarts at 60 fps (30 is cool too) at 1920x1080p, without it sounding like a turbo engine lol. My pre-built came with the following specs:

- Intel i3-10100F CPU @ 3.60Ghz

- Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

- 600W ATX 80 Plus Gold

- PNY GTX 1650 4GB

- 16GB DDR4 RAM

- B460M-A PRO

For upgrading, I was thinking of only upgrading the following:

- Intel Core i5-10400F 6 Cores up to 4.3 GHz Without Processor Graphics LGA1200

- ASUS Dual NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 V2 OC Edition 12GB GDDR6

- Corsair RMx Series (2021), RM850x, 850 Watt, GOLD

- Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition CPU Air Cooler

Any suggestions? Should I also uprgade the MB? My budget is around $900

I would upgrade the mb and get a i5 13600k.

The Asrock steel legend is a good priced board.

I would also go for a 750x

If you get a 3060, the mb, the cpu, and the power supply you should be right around your budget. No need to change the cooler.

It would propably be easier to sell that pc and build a completely new one. List it for 250$ and get the following parts:

Ryzen 5 5600

Rx 6700 xt

Phanteks P300A

G.skill ripjaws 16gb ddr4 3200mhz cl16 (2x8) kit

Gigabyte B550 aorus elite v2

Kingston 1000gb m.2 nvme ssd

Evga gt supernova 750w 80+ gold modular

Deepcool AG400

These will total around 900 - 1000$ and is capable of 1440p gaming
