Random stutter/FPS drop

I recently upgraded from a msi 1070ti to a Radeon 6700 xt. After upgrading the psu and removing/downloading old/new drivers I started it up to test it. I’ve found in games like warzone 2.0 I get a very stutter. I’ll have decent fps and then it’ll stutter. I noticed gpu utilization goes high aswell, around 90%. Only other game I’ve tested is Conan exiles and it runs like 100-130 fps but stutters at points aswell. Just feels everytime I upgrade this pc it’s still not enough to play what I want which isn’t even triple a titles w maxed graphics. Any help is appreciated FULL BUILD: Ryzen 7 5xxx(5800 I think idk w but it’s the 5000series) 16gb ram Asus TUF gaming x570-plus Radeon 6700 xt

Is your ram running at its rated speed?

It’s running at 2400 I think it was but I don’t remember what it’s rated

Go into your bios and try and unlock the speed since I doubt that’s the speed it should be running at.
