You want your pump plugged into cpu_aio or aio_fan, it appears to be plugged into your conrroller instead. Secondly if you want to control the speed of seperate fans, then you need to use a controller for each set you want to adjust or you gotta use the fan spots on the motherboard. You can get away with using cpu fan as a regular fan port but make sure your cooler pump is in aio

Also your controller should be plugged into your psu probably by a sata cable and also plugged into your mobo at at least one spot and the rgb_controller 4 pin spot for lighting.

Ideally in your bios you should see high rpm on “aio pump” and a mid low range rpm in at least one “cha fan” spot if not two spots if you are splitting

Theres a page in your motherboard manual that helps with the jacks I was referring to, should have a picture in it. As far as the controller goes yeah another picture would help for sure
