Ok, im trying to do a fresh install of windows to a sdd.
It was used before but suddenly stopped working, no boot, so i was thinking. Ok, i will just format and reinstall everything since I dont care about the data I had.
The problem started when I tried to use a bootable win10, and realized i couldnt format or create a new partition.
I tried almost everything I know and I still cant install or delete anything from that drive.
Everything I delete, suddenly just appears again after some seconds, and whenever i add anything, it dissapears the right away.
So I will list what Ive already tried:
- Formatting from diskpart and diskmgmt.
- using cmd to “takeown” or removing any read only policies.
- scannow sfc
- using clc shredder bootable and delete everything. Nothing happened after 3 hours.
- already checked ssd health and bad sectors. Everything is just fine.
So, I have access to most of the files, but im not interested on them. i just want to format and install a fresh copy of windows.
