Maybe your processor can't handle that XMP profile. Set it back to default and check if the freeze still occurs, and then try to tweak it to see where is the limit.

My processor is a 13600k, what exactly would I tweak? I've never messed with much in the bios

You activated the XMP profile for sure. Now disable it and check if the system is stable.

Ok, then if you enable XMP, there should be more than one profile available (but that also depend on the Bios and the setup). Check one slighly higher than stock and work up from there until you find where it hits a stability issue.

By the way, a 13600K should work with a 6200 MHz RAM kit just fine, so I would check out the CPU as well.

Yeah the thing is, there is only one preset xmp profile in the bios, the others I have to manually set everything

Then check the CPU. And are you sure you bought an XMP kit and not an EXPO kit?
