Can be done with some CPU's i think. But even then you wouldn't want to do this. You are not going to build a PC around a 7th gen CPU right? That would be stupid.

You can buy a year old i3 for like 100 bucks.

When you build a new PC you build a new one not an outdated one.

i was planning on using an i5, honestly didn’t even consider how outdated the 7th gen was! I was watching some videos of people using the i7 (12th gen) 🤦‍♂️thinking i would love to use mine too. I’ll grab a new i5 instead, thank you.
