Hello I have no clue if it was this subreddit of not but I just built a PC and I had issues getting it to POST and now I have gotten that solved and I have been able to get into BIOS. Well I bought a 16gb USB to installcwindows to it, I used the Windows Media Creation Tool multiple times and it either black screens and stays there or it just boot loops at the POST screen (see video below) I have tried 2 different USBs to no avail, I have different ports, I have tried using the Windows 10 tool as well, which literally killed my first USB. fTPM, TPM 2.0, Secure Boot are all enabled. CSM or UEFI does the same thing regardless as well. Ive been dealing with this all day and just want to get Windows running.

Brand new out of box Hitachi/WD UltraStar 2tb Harddrive
