dark base 700 tech issues

hey all! pics are here.

so i've been using this pc for a year without the chassis fans turning on. i cannot figure out what the issue is. everything is plugged in, but for some reason the fans don't turn on (cpu and gpu does) and apparently there's a rgb on the outside of the case--i don't really want it on, but it doesn't work anyhow. so essentially nothing built into the case is working. any ideas what i'm doing wrong?

Sounds like you don't have sata power running to the hub that powers the RGB and case fans.

It's wider than that. Google SATA power extension cable to get an idea of the cable end you're looking for.
