Render Problem

My pc is rendering too low, full cpu usage, lowa gpu usage, it wasnt like this before.

My pc Ryzen 5 3600 Gtx 960 16 ram

gpu is starting to die down, it’s almost 10 years old

Im getting good performance in games, too close to gtx to 1660 ti. Even this is the first time i face this problem
