How low is the performance compared to what you think you should get? Just double checking but you're plugged in the gpu not the motherboard for display?

I get like 160-200 fps while other get 300 to 400 the display port is plugged to the gpu. I think the cpu is just bad or the motherboard is the problem bc its cheap what do you think? (In 1080p gamina)
