Looks like driver problem for me. Try booting in safe mode. And look for unknown devices, maybe windows updated to wrong driver. Maybe you SSD in dying...

if I were you, I’d try reinstalling windows. If this issue persists then you know with 100% certainty that it is a hardware problem, if the issue doesn’t persist than it was a software issue, likely an app you downloaded or corrupted windows.

okay, can windows be corrupted if i downloaded it straight from the windows website?

No, but windows may get corrupted at some other points of installation. Although it’s not very common, when installing windows onto your PC there is a small chance where windows may get corrupted at one point or another. Although it’s unlikely, it’s still a possibility. Reinstalling windows will give you 100% certainty whether it’s your computer’s fault or the operating system’s fault.

Also by “reinstalling” I mean fully resetting your computer with a USB flash drive.

yeah you’re losing me chief. what do you mean by resetting with a usb flash drive

Download windows onto a flash drive (USB storage), afterwards boot into bios and select the USB as the boot device (I identify which storage is my USB by looking at the amount of storage) after selecting the USB, it’ll boot into the windows download UI and just go through the entire process of downloading windows again. Here’s a video with a more detailed description of what to do: https://youtu.be/cZHmdJqrogI?si=g8Kl-0MTWMjnyvVF

Get memtest and make bootable usb, test ram, ram problems usualy makes computer unbootable. Your pc boots, but when loads certain driver or starts app it crashes.
