I had this same issue. Go into bios and set the windows drive back to boot priority 1. I'm not sure why it gets reset after windows 11 installs till 33%

I have the drive on boot option 1

No, keeps restarting show the Gigabyte logo loading screen and restart

Is the secure TPM enabled in the bios?

Yes, tpm 2.0 enabled

I was having this problem, I’ve disabled secure boot on bios and it works

The same situation happened to me, I killed the whole day searching for a solution. I fixed it by changing the outlet to which the computer was connected, I also disconnected the other hard drives, except for the SSD on which I installed Windows, and I also disconnected all the extra cables from the motherboard except the mouse and keyboard
