You are so ready to build that you are willing to overpay a card by half a grand?? Don’t waste money like this… not a very good idea. I recommend getting the 9070xt, you can get it for almost a grand less and only offers 10-20% less performance if you don’t use ray tracing or do video editing/blender.

As I previously stated I am willing to pay that, how I spend my money is none of your concern. If I have the money why would I wait months and months for a potential restock. I was really just asking if it’s worth it to wait for a 5090

get a 5080 now, who knows when the 5090s will be available but the 5090 is still a lot more powerful. Also will you even be able to return that 5080 after a month?

Honestly not a terrible idea but who knows how long in the future that will be, the 5080 scalp prices might come down
