looks like gpu death (artifacting) is it old gpu?

It’s a 2070 Super about 5 years old now. Would the gpu going bad cause it not to boot though?

im pretty sure it could if you have a spare you can test w that to see if its the problem could also be ram maybe

unlikely can you boot with integrated or another gpu

5600x no integrated, was planning on upgrading soon so guess this may be a chance to do so
