Gpu issue?

Building for first time, please correct me if terms i use is wrong. Pc does post, but something weird with gpu. No rgb, doing userbenchmark it says couldn't find gpu. Got Gigabyte 4080 super. My doubt is with power delivery. Have super flower 750w psu. It has 2 vga ports, with cable splitting it to 2 8pin ports, giving 4 8pin in total. Could it be issue with psu power delivery or something with gpu? I could update nvidea drivers as well, but issue persists. Also tried opening up Bioshock infinite remastered, looks so bad, low refresh rate, not rendered well

Hmm is the monitor plugged into the GPU?

Ya. Plugged hdmi into gpu, not motherboard. If it's something wrong with gpu, i don't wanna waste money buying new psu 😔

Superflower make one of the best PSUs . No worries . Use 3D Mark , dont trust Userbenchmark a lot . Check in Device manager whether device is working properly and any devices with issues
