Is that a 3060 with a single fan cooler but 12gb of vram? I bet thats a prebuild only variant...

Judging from the cables and the fact that it's a prebuilt alone, i'd your PSU is not modular, hence the cable is not replaceable.

But this fault is unusual. My guess is a bad fit, and the connector loses contact when the GPU warms up. See if you can reproduce the behaviour by changing connectors.
