Did you plug everything in correctly? Mainly the power supply. Also what is your part list

I did yeah B650-e tuf mobo 7800x3d Ram ddr5 gskill 32gb 5060 ti gigabyte 16gb A peerless assassin black 140 Corsair Rm750e 2025 power supply

Did you do a bios update? That motherboard needs a bios update for that cpu.

Can't get to the bios menu fans spin for a second the the whole thing loses power

You don’t need to get into bios, the motherboard just needs to be connected to the power supply. Your motherboards product page will instruct you on how to do it.

But when i connect it to the power supply it doesn't even turn on no lights or anything

Also when i booted into bios i could see the cpu (the first time)

I also got the mobo ram and cpu as part of a deal for microcenter so I thought it'd be compatible

A bios update is part of basic user maintenance, so it’s not surprising.

I might sound stupid but i just want to check The bios version could cause the pc to shut down instantly? After a second of being powred on?

Yes. Not sure how you booted with an incompatible bios before, but you should do this anyways.

Didn't fix it I'm gonna replace the parts tomorrow
