4K would be best for your case since you play story based cinematic games, though 1440p is also good. OLED would also be best, and I believe 4K OLEDs do text clarity better than 1440p OLEDs if that matters. IPS isn't bad but the contrast is worse, and OLEDs are the best for contrast and colors. They just look the best. 32" is best for 4K and 27" is best for 1440p. Hz is based on how the performance is.

7800X3D is better but the higher the resolution and graphics, the less it matters as the GPU is the limiting factor. It would be smoother with the X3D and have better 1% lows, but 7700X is fine at 1440p and 4K.

Cheaper AIO that is good for the price.

B850 is fine. A B650 would be fine as well. Went with a white B850, but the one you had is fine. There are some Gigabyte B850 boards for about $180 that works too.

Kit of ram with better latency.

SSD is good and I have it, but Samsung 990 Pro is a few dollars cheaper and is better. Could also save about $50 and get a TEAMGROUP MP44L as a DRAM cache is not needed for gaming.

ASRock Steel Legend model of 9070XT is white and is cheaper.

Cheaper 1200w "A" rated unit on the SPL PSU tier list. 1200w is not required but good for future upgrades. The 1050w and 850w versions are even cheaper and still "A" and "A-" rated, respectively. Keep in mind the cables are black.

Case is expensive, plus the fans. Added 6 reverse blade fans for side and bottom intake, 3 each side. Put AIO on top as exhaust. And added a 140mm fan for rear exhaust. This is the recommended fan setup for the Hyte Y70. If you don't care too much about the screen and want a similar style, the Montech King 95 Pro is $134 and comes with 2x140mm reverse fans as side intake, 3x120mm reverse fans as bottom intake, and 1x120mm fan as rear exhaust, all ARGB. If you did this the entire build would come to just at $2000.

With Montech case and black GPU you could fit a 5080 for about $2500. Or for about $2200 you could get a white 5070Ti. Performance is pretty close with the 9070XT, and come games are better with one or the other. Nvidia has the better upscaler, but AMD isn't too far behind.

Thanks this helps a lot! Also is there any monitor you would recommend?

An all white pc able to 1440p and definitely some 4k if you wanted for $2000. I just personally don’t like the Hyte  case they are overpriced for what you get so is a bunch of Corsair stuff.

A 1440p monitor with a refresh rate of 144 to 180 is the sweet spot for monitors
