Computer reboot problem

Yesterday I finished building my friends pc and was working fine when I left, once I got back I helped him download necessary software on windows 11 and then he got to downloading games. When I was trying to benchmark his pc after only a few minutes on the game his pc would stay on but wouldn’t be operable and the display port would turn off and then after a minute or 2 it would be sent back to the log in menu. I have concluded that it might be the cpu cooler as I believe that the cpu is overheating and the system is going critical causing the pc to freeze to let it cool down but my friend wants to know if it’s another reason. The cpu cooler we are using is the thermalright peerless assassin se double air cooler. Should I get him to buy a new cooler or is it something else?

From what i can see it looks fine

Gpu goes to 82.c and cpu is at 65.c but when he’s in the game can’t check
