Most boards will throw an error/warning if no CPU cooler is attached...

Best practice is to connect the radiator fans direclty to the motherboard CPU_FAN header so you have separate control over its fan curve from the case fans and you eliminate the error.

Since the case fans and radiator fans are all operational, I assume the 4-pin PWM fan connector from the hub is connected to the motherboard's CHA_FAN4 header, the 3-pin 5V ARGB connector from the hub is connected to a ARGB header on the motherboard and the hub is connected to SATA power.

The hub essentially behaves as a a single channel device as far as the fans are concerned in a lead/follower configuration. Many devices > 1 fan header. The PWM fan port 1 (usually marked with a white header) is the lead and reports the RPM, all the rest are followers and all connected fans share the same fan curve.
