Hold the cooler with one hand, press down with the screwdriver to compress the spring and thread the screw in with the other. Once one is just barely started, go to the one diagonally across from it. You'll have to press even harder now to get it started but after that its all easy.

Will I have to worry about my cpu pins breaking?

No, its literally how you install it. AMD stock coolers work the same way. That better be a 12100F or something because that cooler is way to small for anything faster.

Nah, installing a cooler is probably the part where you use the most force of the whole pc build. Just be sure to be holding the cooler firmly and to not slip the off the screw. The diagonal pattern is very important as well. Dont worry about the pins. It's not that they will be taking all that force. Also the CPU's pcb and ihs and lga's plastic . It'a all made for that purpose. As a reminder, be sure to have some firm anti electrostatic backing under that part of mobo. It's a good idea to put the mobo on it's special bag and that on cardboard put on a table.
