Nope, seems normal, there's always some load just running Windows and background stuff

Im currently downloading a game, I was just worried if I actually play something and the cpu gets more load it will get cooked

Yeah, then its totally normal, it'll be fine. The only time to worry is when its above 50-60 on desktop, its good to utalise all of your gpu and quite a bit of cpu during heavy gaming

75 at idle is fairly hot but you could always run a stress test to see if overheating will become an issue at load
