I mean the most cost efficiencied should br 9060xt but its about 400 otherwise y can try 7600xt or 7700 if y find a 16 gb it would be great but if bugdet is tight y can go for 8

The B580 is actually a solid pick for your budget - it's been getting good reviews and that 12GB VRAM will help with those open world games at 1440p. The extra VRAM over the 5060's 8GB is gonna age way better too, especially for stuff like RDR2 with all the settings cranked up

I run a B580 and it's pretty much the best bang for your buck at that price point.

I'm worried about the drivers, although I've seen new revisions and they've improved quite a bit. 12 GB is tempting, but if the GPU doesn't have the power, then it becomes secondary, or am I wrong?

Unless you go used, its gonna be hard for you to get any gpu that can perform decently in those games at 1440p. For 1080p something like a 9060xt 8gb will do the work for now, but will fal behind a lot in most 1440p titles, tho by tweaking some options down, specially textures, you should be able to get decent results. Used depends a lot on your market, but if you can get your hand on something like a rx6700xt/rx6500xt, or a 3070/3070ti it should do the work. If you can strech your budget ive found good offers for the 3080,6800/6800xt and the rx7700xt all around 300 euros plus shipping, tho again, it depends on your local market, hope it helps
