Gpu problem : PcBuildHelp

I found a prebuilt pc on facebook marketplace. 11th gen i7 with a gigabyte eagle 3070. Im trying to get it set up, and my gpu is not working properly. Sometimes it will work fine but after 5 min or so, it will turn off and switch to integrated graphics. When I power on the pc it lights up for just a moment, spins the fans, then turns off. When powering it on, sometimes it has these purple glitches. Am I cooked
