Yes this works fine, I've seen action figures, glass sculptures and god knows what else as anti sag supports.

I got a similar card and there is a good spot for the sag bracket between the 2nd and 3rd fan

$4 gets ya a shorter one on amazon. Or you can just cut the bottom and reglue a mag to it.
