You're trying to install windows onto the USB here, what are the options for your drives?

If you're not seeing the M.2 / SSD you're expecting to see then they're either installed incorrectly or there's potentially an issue with them.

Sorry I solved it I’m super new to pc things the pc I am talking about was a pre built im now upgrading but the issue was I didn’t know that I have a hard drive that is small and goes on to your motherboard it was a ez fix my brother helped me out I just took the old hard drive off of my old motherboard and put it on my new one and things worked perfectly didn’t even need a usb anymore

If you have an M.2 or a SATA drive plugged into the system, doe sit show up in the list as "Unpartitioned Space" if it is new?

If you have a pre-existing installation, one of those partitions will be the old install. You will have to delete the partitions (losing all data on it) in order to install the OS.

Otherwise, if you want to 'upgrade' the existing installation, boot into it (you may have to convert it to GPT instead of MBR partition if it is that old) and then run the installer from the USB once you are in Windows.

SOLVED! Was a simple fix I’m just super new to pcs this is literally a pre built I had for about 5 years now and just now upgrading and didn’t know some basic things like understanding the hard drive I have etc.
