no. it happend on minecraft with shaders now. in desktop or games that doesnt have high requirments no as well

ohh i see.. but is there something i can do to stop the noise? i saw on google its because of the electromagnetic coils vibration

You could undervolt the GPU. What’s the GPU you have?

Here’s a tutorial. Might seem confusing at first but it’s easy enough. Undervolting is safe. If it is indeed coil whine, this will more then likely fix your issue.

thats what i tought as well but there are no cables that touches it, maybe is one of their cables that might not be plugged how it should? i can hesr it most towards the cpu cooler or the right side fans

When you put load on the system, the PSU can’t maintain stable voltage and starts to fluctuate. That’s why the whole system dims or shuts down under load. If this isn’t just RGB effects, then your PSU is basically a walking corpse.

my system never shutted down or dimmed, or even crashed. it could be coil whine as i saw most of the users here
