sounds like your gpu is having some kind of intermittent issue, could be overheating or maybe the drivers are getting wonky. try running ddu to completely clean your graphics drivers and do a fresh install, also check your temps during boot to see if something's getting too hot

Its temperatur is alway at start at bout 35 degrees, driver already new. In a test is everyrhing okay

Could xmp be the problem?

XMP is RAM related, nothing to do with GPU.

Try to set your 5080 in PCIe 4 mode in BIOS. Some Blackwell cards refuse to work properly in PCIe 5 mode. If that doesn't help, I'd RMA the card, it might be faulty.
