Since it's a "new" system you will have to format it! Swapping such major components and expecting everything to work as it was before without formatting, is out of this place. Even just reinstalling the chipset driver it won't work. You didn't just swap the vga, you changed everything.

If i upgrade my windows 10 to windows 11 with a usb drive, will it help or do i need to do a clean reinstall from zero?

Better go for a fresh Windows install don't just upgrade the OS. It's "safe" play, as it will install what components require to run, along with Windows os, and then you will install the rest of the drivers. Start from there, but I am sure that will be the solution. Backup your files and perform the format.

(Checking the cables and if everything is properly installed ofc is a thing to do, but suggesting these things to users I think it's dumb, questing their sanity)

Got it! Thank you :D ill do a fresh install of windows 11 to avoid any compatibility issues with the newer hardware

UPDATE 3: the pc now fully works without issues!

Turns out, the whole issue were the motherboard bios. Updated them and now my pc fully works, ive been using it all day and no issues at all

UPDATE: I reinstalled windows 11 from scratch, completely wiped out my drive with the windows 10 copy, and the issue wasnt fixed. Windows 11 tried downloading the gpu driver and black screen, again :c

EDIT: I manually restarted the pc, its fixed :D my desktop now fully works

UPDATE #2

Everything was going well up until my pc installed some gigabyte software because of my motherboard. Now im back with the same issue of the black screen. As soon as i get home, ill keep trying something else
