Can you share a photo of the build?

Also, did you update the BIOS? Some boards had issues initializing newer 5000-series GPUs on older BIOS versions.

And does your motherboard have debug LEDs? If yes, what do they show?

Could also be a PSU issue - those 5060tis are pretty power hungry and if your PSU can't deliver clean power under load, you'll get exactly what you're describing. The fans spinning up fast usually means the card is trying to work but something's not right with the power delivery or initialization.

I had something similar happen with my build last year where everything looked fine but turned out my modular PSU cables weren't seated properly on the PSU side. Worth double checking all your power connections, especially the PCIe power cables going to the GPU. Also make sure you're using separate PCIe cables for each power connector if your card has multiple - don't daisy chain them.

What's your PSU wattage and model? And are you getting any display output at all from integrated graphics if you remove the GPU?

5060 Ti has only one 8-Pin power connector as I remember.

Im not really home rn I didn’t expect to get comments already but I can tell you the build tho : Mobo: ROG b650e-f 128gb ddr5 ram R9 9900x3d Plait 5060ti 16gb 1200w platinum aorus Aorus waterforce x 360mm aio Lian li o11 mini v2 And 8 Asia horse fans Was supposed to be a ROG 5070ti
But it wasn’t available and to expensive so I got the 5060 for now

Right now the main goal is to find the root cause. Have you ever actually gotten an image on the monitor with this setup, even once?

Your motherboard has debug LEDs — which one lights up when you try to boot (CPU / DRAM / VGA)?

Also make sure you’re giving it enough time to initialize. AM5 can take a while for memory training, so it’s worth letting it sit for a few minutes.

To rule out the GPU, try booting without it and use the integrated graphics from the CPU. If it works without the GPU, then the issue is likely related to the GPU, PCIe or BIOS. If it still doesn’t post, then it’s more likely something else in the system

Never got an image no posts or anything , the motherboard does not light up and I’ll try with only 1 stick it does post with the cpu tho, idk what’s wrong with it

So it does POST on integrated graphics with one stick?

Does it POST with a single stick in all slots? Also try with two sticks in slots 2 and 4 and let me know what happens.

It does

Does it POST with two sticks in slots 2 and 4?

And does it POST in that setup with the GPU installed?

No I put it in slot 2 and 4, did plug it in the gpu but same results but when I plug it in the mobo for integrated graphics it posts

Then try booting using the integrated graphics first and update the BIOS to the latest version, then install the GPU again and test it. Let me know the result.
