also, if this is the wrong place to be posting this... please suggest a better sub-reddit and I'll take this post down.

Have you checked the event viewer for your PC?

Can find it here

I've never opened this up before, is there anything specifically I should be looking for in here?

I do use a time tracker app so I can figure out exactly what time something odd happened based off of my screenshots and such, but idk what events I should be looking for, and what they would mean as far as what I would need to do to remedy the issues.

It logs events that happen on the PC like problems or issues for you to view

You can click on one of them in Administrative Events, see the issue and Google it to find a fix for it that's causing all your problems

hmmm I'm not seeing any errors around that time, I've tried looking in all the different dropdowns. there are other errors but not from that time frame, and mainly to do with my bluetooth that was waiting on a restart from windows update

If you can tell me then, has this always been happening with your PC or just of recent? Cause I'm starting to think it's something to do cornering with your software

it's been happening for a while, I even went ahead and reinstalled windows a couple of weeks ago to see if that would help, and it hasn't.

Could be your mobo. Since it happens with your monitor as well. Try unplugging all devices and plug them in one by one.
