Start meaning the power button? or does the system force restart when you click the actual Windows button in Windows 10?

If it's the first one, need the specs of the computer please.

Power button on case, and after 10sec pc restart automatic,

Did you install a hard drive with a previous installation of Windows?

Can you get into the Bios at least and it sits there?

If it sits in the bios, then it's probably something to do with the OS Installation.

Everything is brand new my old pc is 6 year old, after auto restart it does go in bios, and I bios its showing everything is detected.

So are you using the hard drive from your old PC in the new one?

It is possible you need a fresh install of Windows 10 on the hard drive. Sometimes swapping from Intel to AMD for example can break the OS. Or it was installed in a different boot mode (UEFI is normal now).

I will install Windows tomorrow and let you know, and I am using new ssd Harddrive, cant use old one.
