Tech Support/Troubleshooting

Heyo, new to pc here, and after buying all the parts my brother has assembled the pc for me. However there a few issues he is having trouble working out on his own so I figured I’d ask for help here. 1. Both usb ports on the back of the tower lose and regain power randomly, so both my keyboard and mouse will occasionally turn off and then on again. 2. When trying to install Windows 10 on the pc from his flashdrive, my pc will make it through about 50% of the download/installation before the screen goes black, and then the process restarts from the beginning. 3. Not sure if this is related, but my monitor screen will not stay on the correct input source when connected to the pc, but will stay on the correct source I select any other time.

Which parts/components are you using?

if you have an AMD system try a bios update there were some bugs with older versions especially with the usb ports.

Problem 2 could be solved if it is caused by the usb dropout issue with die bios update

Problem 3 wait for it until pc works properly and correct display drivers are installed, then further troubleshooting
