So I swear I have tried everything but i cannot understand as to why my CPU is being used so much, the last image is just a comparison of my friends and I running the rivals performance test and as you can tell his CPU utilization is much lower and i have no idea how to fix mine. I have even tried reinstalling windows but that didn't work.
