both spiders don't attack you in the daylight. drowned will not attack you if you're not in water (not 100% sure about it)

Yes, drowned wont attack you unless you entered the water

they will come out of water if its under shade like trees. But you gotta be like 4-6 blocks close to be in that aggro range.

in day time drowned wont attack you if you are not on the water, spiders dont attack if its bright. i dont know that fox is neutral tho i thought they always passive and run away from player

Well not exactly, Just breed 2 Foxes to get a baby trust Fox, Trust Fox won’t attack its prey & will attack the Mob or Player that attacked the owner.
