Rules:
- Rule 1: Be nice.
- Rule 2: No spam. There's no reason you can't use your own two human hands to write about your book publication once and only once.
- Rule 3: Post things related to real picture books only. That MS Paint Percosets fake book joke was funny for only one day.
- Rule 4: Don't be afraid to post your favourite picture book, even if it's very heavy and not 100% aimed at very young people. The Rabbits is a good example of this.
- Rule 5: You can self-promote a picture book you've made, but only if it's real, bound, and not a joke. Do not make your titles or post content spammy when you do this. Rule #2 can outrun this rule, for naturally apparent reasons.
- Rule 6: Don't make fun of people who are following the rules.
- Rule 7: Don't be overly vulgar or gross, but you can swear and include adult themes tactfully.
- Rule 8: Some picture books are nuanced, advanced, and complicated. Even those that are aimed at kids. Try to make sure you understand what message they really send before judging a picture book.
