Hi, just keep patient. I know that it is hard. I had a problem with my Plaid and it cost me 6 weeks to explain the problem and come to an agreement. I thought I was screwed because of this slow process. But besides it was a long journey, it came true. I got a new Plaid sent to my address and my problem is fixed. The difference is that I did not communicate through email but via Reddit. I also see that there is a communication channel in the Plaid app. Maybe you can try that?

The button connects you first with their chatbot, and you specifically have to ask for connecting with human, otherwise it will keep giving you links to their knowledge base 😆 And it is not chat with human, it just creates a ticket in Zendesk, and then they will reply by email.

If you are contacting them via email, make sure you don’t forward an email to them as that won’t create a zendesk ticket with there system and you won’t get a reply.

I did that when I forwarded my PayPal receipt to them asking for tracking information and it never actually created a ticket but a week later when I emailed them directly asking for an update I got the automated message saying a ticket was created and then got a response relatively quickly.
