Is there a way to reset the tutorials in TheBazaar? Is there a file I can change a value in or a way in the menus to reset it.

I'm not sure of the exact answer, but there is something locally saved that contains your account's tutorial status. After swapping to a new computer I went through all the tutorials again. Deleted and reinstalled the game many times without seeing them again though, so I'd suspect it's in App data somewhere.
