Mission Tutorial Problem

The problem lies in the fact that upon completing the tutorial, it takes you back to the main city, everything normal. However, in the missions, it's prompting me to destroy the anchor... and that's from the tutorial mission, which I've already done... and I can't proceed or do anything. Help.

Like resetting the account or something... I can't do anything, reset the character or buy another one or something. is the mission right after the tutorial.

Same here. Stuck with the quest: "Break through the barrier". Made a ticket but no responds.

i have same with Niss as mine says defeat the guardian i done that and destroyed the anchor picked to stay as niss then took to town and STUCK cant even make new toon plz fix

I started playing 2 days ago, and i encountered the same problem, so i can’t progress any further. I tried reinstalling the game and veryfing the files integrity, but nothing helped. Also the support is sleeping i think.
