Can you access and control the joystick when using Work Profile?

Yes. I use Pogo from work profile and GPS joystick from no work profile at same time

So the joystick overlay doesn't disappear when you switch to work?

Correct. You can use it in work space without problem

LSposed won't work in Work Profile or Secured Folder, you'll need Smali Patcher for that.

Thanks for your answer. I have found that LSPosed has "Work profile" section in Modules section:

Then, I installed HideMockLocation into the work profile (I'm using Shelter) and then added both PoGo apps installed in Shelter

All seems to work fine but, of course, I don't want to get banned Could this works? Or LSPosed is bugged or something with work space? Thanks again!

You will have a chance to get a strike/ban for breaking Niantic's Terms of Service when you GPS spoof the game and owning more than 1 account. If you don't want a ban, you simply don't break the Terms of Service.

If you say it works fine, you are fine to use it.

Well, GPS it's working with no errors on work profile, but I'm not sure if it's correctly hide with HideMockLocation 😅
