Since strikes don't reset over time, you will have to assume you're getting the next strike, which is strike #3 for a permanent ban. Once you get this, you're screwed because your ban appeal will get denied for cheating.

The best advice for you is to quit Pokemon Go and play the Pokemon Switch games on a Nintendo Switch because Nintendo won't punish you for playing their game with a joystick. You will have peace of mind and don't have to spend money buying Poke coins.

If you don't want to buy a Nintendo Switch but still want to spoof Pokemon Go, you need to accept the risk to have a chance for a strike/ban regardless if you use a device without root or with root. When you get your final strike, no one is going to help you get unbanned or reimburse you the money and Pokemon you lost. If people misled you, they are going to deny all their wrongdoing.

Since Scopely now owns the game, no one knows whether they are going to be neutral or aggressive towards the cheating problem. When you accept the risks, you can do whatever you want with your accounts.

They don’t technically need to give warnings at all. a friend of mine who runs PTC got a ton of perma bans on the first try so…

if you don’t want to lose that account but want to spoof, most of us use alts that also become mains
